Any pictures uploaded by using the program are transferred encrypted and stored in a safe manner and won’t be shared with any third parties.
How is the data stored?
Your data is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.
How is the data kept safe?
We follow generally accepted industry standards in this respect. In addition thereto we also work continuously on adapting to the new General Data protection Regulation and the EU/US Privacy Shield framework.
For how long is the data stored?
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the stated purpose while also taking into account our need to answer queries or resolve problems and to comply with legal requirements under applicable laws. This means that we retain your personal data for a reasonable period after your last interaction with us. When the personal data that we have collected is no longer required in this way, we destroy or delete it in a secure manner. We may process data for statistical purposes but in such case data will be anonymized.
