If you just download the app, it may crash if you have not set up Network Collector as a service prior to launching the app. Visit your admin site
and go to Manage services
to verify that Network Collector
is present. If not, ask your team admin to add you as a team member, or simply create a new team with you as the admin. To do so, simply follow the steps starting from here
